Ordering from us

Trust us , if your ordering from us :)

Please take time to read our terms & conditions

Do clear doubts before ordering .

Your email sent to us will be replied within 24 hrs.

Your enquiry will be replied @ e-box or @ your email.

If your email or enquiry has not been replied within 24hrs ,

You may make a call the following numbers given @ Our Biography.

Mailing

We will mail you your item as soon as we have

1) received your payment

2) recieve your order from our supplier

If You keep pestering us for your order,

we cant help but to cancel your order. no refund will be given. zero. :)

& no payment equals to no order, as simple as that.

Payment

Bank transfers(SGD) :

Please transfer before meet-up. Please mail us a picture of the FULL reciept by email.

Please , if your item is eg. $12 , pls dont transfer $10 or so.

What we want is a FULL payment. no discounts for first / second time buyers.

Cash payment(SGD) :

Bank Transfer if preferred , really. To save time & money :)

But yes, Cash Payment is also available.

We meet once for payment and you make your payment & our transport fee payment.
→ (price of item) + (cartoon-shopping's transport fees) + (your own transport fee)
[EVEN IF IT'S FOC PLACE, UNLESS MASS MEET-UPS]

Late Payment

no late payment allowed, if so add $2.50

Normal Postage
For items not so big & all. No registered postage, only meet-ups.

Blacklist

Remove your blacklist @$10
serious ones @$25

Swaps

Not available.

Cancel Your Order
If you dont want your items after you have receive it you may have a refund.
Only half will be given, we can choose to to accept or not to accept :) .

Collecting

When your items had arrived , we will contact you.
If item has not been collected for over 2 weeks ,
the item & refund will be given.

Pay $4 to arrange for another meet-up.

PREORDERS

♥ Take note

Abide them, dont force me

1.Orders to be made and confirmed within preorder.
2.Check our order status for your order cause you'll recieve what is wriiten there.
3.CS will not be responsible for lost of normal postages.
4.Either bank transfer, mail through envelope or meet up for payment.
5.Items to be collected within 2 weeks after notified or else item will belong to CS.
6.No backing out once orders confirmed.
7.No changing of orders once confirmed.
8.Items to be checked on the spot when received.
9.CS has the right to change our T&Cs and costs of items without your notice.
10.CS will not hesitate to blacklist anyone.
11.CS will and shall not be responsible for the lost, mistakes or damage of items.
12.If there is a delay of receiving items, CS shall inform you, but CS is definitely NOT responsible.
13.If supplier scams, CS, will not be responsible, but you shall be notified here.
